Private personal training
A private setting where our clients are one on one with our coach. A private space where no one else is in the studio for the duration of your training. Bespoke Training programme tailored to the clients needs and Goals.
Semi private personal training
A Semi private setting where our clients are two on one with our coach. A private space where no one else is in the studio for the duration of your training. Bespoke Training programme tailored to the clients needs and goals but are with a training partner who is joined up based on similar goals and needs.
Small group coaching
Small group coaching are sold in packages with a limited time frame. These are often rolled out in 8-12 week packages. Groups of 4 maximum is usually the group size. We cover general fitness and wellness in these sessions.
Nutrition coaching
Here we work with clients on their nutrition habits, intake and help change for a better lifestyle based on their goals. We do this though Coaching, Accountability and Knowledge.
